BIOGRAPHY:
Benjamin Ellrodt has been working as a lawyer in a medium-sized commercial law firm since 2020, where he is responsible for intellectual property law. Since 2025, he has been supporting Prüfer & Partner in the areas of trademarks, designs and competition law/copyright law as well as litigation. Since 2024, he has been completing the specialist lawyer course to become a “specialist lawyer for intellectual property law”.
He completed his law studies at the University of Passau and then went to the Higher Regional Court of Dresden for his legal clerkship.
