Fee increase of the European Patent Office as of 1 April 2024<\/h2>\n

The European Patent Office will increase most of its fees by an average of around 5% as of 1 April 2024. The fee increase will be significantly higher for the 3rd and 4th renewal fees, which will rise by almost 30%.<\/p>\n
